FULL BOARD

$1000 per month

 

24/7 care is $15/day for injury, loss of shoe or owner's request. This charge is waived for inclement weather.

 

Out of Reach Farm's full-care board includes:

 

  • Daily turn-out (AM or PM available)

  • Blanketing

  • Feed

  • Routine scheduling of farrier services

  • Routine and on-call vet and dental services

TRAINING BOARD

$1,500 per month

$40 per hack/exercise ride

​

$60 per jump ride

​

$75 training at shows *$100 if only rider

​

​

**November through April there will be a $50 per horse hay surcharge on all board bills

HAY SURCHARGE

Hay Surcharge is from November through April @ $50 per horse.

OUR FACILITIES

Out of Reach Farm's 45 acres are equipped with two large, well maintained riding rings; one indoor arena and one outdoor ring, both with full jump courses. An additional covered arena has been added for small beginner lessons, lunging and hacking purposes. This arena is attached to the large indoor which is attached to the barn.

 

The Main Barn has 34 stalls, 2 spacious hot and cold water wash stalls, and a heated tack room (with a newly renovated bathroom!). The lower barn has 9 stalls, a heated tack room, a feed room, and outdoor water access for warm weather bathing. In addition we have 5 large fields and 2 private paddocks.

BARN HOURS:

​

Monday through Friday:  8:00 am to 7:00 pm

Saturday & Sunday:  8:00 am to 4:00 pm

​

Other than lessons & horse shows there are no exceptions to these times.

​

The barn will be closed on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas to everyone except those working.
