COVID-19 UPDATE

January 27th, 2021

OORF is taking COVID-19 seriously and the health & safety of our staff and clients is our greatest concern. Please read the following and always feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.  This pertains to Lessons/Riding/Summer Camp/Being At OORF

If anyone is not feeling well please stay home.

If anyone has recently been in close contact with a COVID-19 positive person please stay home.

Masks will NOT be required to be worn by the campers or staff.

There will be soap provided at all times for hand washing in the bathroom... hand washing is to be done Upon Arrival, After using the bathroom and periodically throughout the day.

There will be hand sanitizer available within the barn to use as needed.

There will be sanitizing spray and wipes for all areas and objects such as stall door latches, grooming supplies, cross ties, etc throughout the day.

The STAFF will sanitize all areas and objects BEFORE the start of the day and at the end of each day.

We know that grooming supplies & Arts N Crafts will be shared between sanitizing so we strongly encourage hand washing or use of the hand sanitizer throughout the day.

Weather permitting during camp all lunches will be enjoyed outside where the kids can space out greatly!  On the rainy days we will do our best to distance each group with tables inside.

We ask parents to please:

Go over sneezing and coughing into their arms.

Proper hand washing skills.  We do not go to the bathroom with the campers so it is expected that each person will know how long to properly wash their hands.

For Summer Camp

As with each year groups will be formed into 5 kids per group with 1 counselor per 5.  There will be no changing of groups or counselor throughout the week. There is 1 head counselor/trainer ALL Summer, Lauren Ranji who will be teaching ALL the kids and over seeing the entire Summer Camp.
